What I'd Like to see. . . Star Tre: Moments

Ok, for all of you that have not seen the cable TV show "Moments from
Disaster" it
runs down all the events that happened just prior to famous disasters. Cool
show.
Well, take that idea into Trek Land as a TV movie.

In between commercial breaks show the moments just prior to and directly
after
famous Star Trek events.

EXAMPLE: Show exactly what happened just before the Enterprise - C went
through
the time barrier. And then come back from commercial and show the moments
directly
after "Yesterday's Enterprise".

I can think of many such events that would be cool to see. How about poor
Captain
Harriman trying to explain to Star Fleet exactly how he lost Kirk while in
command of
the Enterprise - B! LOL

Let's see: maybe Janeway explaining what the hell propelled her to decide to
stay in the Delta Quadrent when she had an opportunity to get home at the
end of "Caretaker II?" Or going six months after "Space Seed," when Ceti
Alpha 6 explodes, making Ceti Alpha 5 , the place where Khan and his
followers are exiled, a barren waste land.

It would be cool to have some of the time people show her at that moment
exactly
what the next 7 years would bring her and see if she would make the same
choice.

And I'd love to see what happened to Voyager after it got back. And to the
Defiant.
Where did it go? We haven't been told that have we?

That's what always bugged me about DS9: Babylon 5 did it right when it
wrapped up all of the major conflicts in the next to last season.
Straczynski left season 5 for the clean up and left us with minimal loose
ends at the finish.

What do we get at the end of DS9? Do we know what happens to Cardassia? No.
Do we know if the Federation gets back all of it's planets back that were
liberated by the Romulans? No. Do we know if the...

He got cold feet. He probably banged his head against the floor of
his cabin every time he remembered it all the way home.
