I was looking at the IMDB (www.imdb.com) entry for Trek XI:

and I noticed that two of the parts are for "Vulcan Bully #1" and
"Vulcan Bully #2," to be played by a couple of child actors.

In TAS "Yesteryear," there was a scene that showed young boy Spock being
bullied by his Vulcan classmates for being only half-Vulcan. (That was
alluded to in Amanda's speech to Spock in TOS "Journey to Babel.")

I'm wondering if Abrams put that same scene into Trek XI, in live action
this time.
