Sylar as Spock...

What's the episode title going to be, "Spock's eyebrows"?

According to IMDB, they already have a Spock, Uhura (Zoe Saldana) and Chekov
(Anton Yelchin) onboard. Rumours are they are casting for a young crew and
Matt Damon has already been given his denial.

Young crew, but Scotty is the oldest of the bridge crew, so they could get
Gerard Butler as they need someone with a "flawless scottish accent", so its
probably a good idea to recruit someone from scotland.

Any other thoughts for the rest of the crew?

Why?
James Doohan couldn't pull off a Scottish accent, so I don't suppose it's
that vital to the role.

george takei as sulu. he's had enough plastic surgery to pass for 30s.

although if the studio really wants to do 'star trek babies' a crowd pleaser
would be john cho from harold & kumar go bananas.

dylan moran from shaun of the dead as chekov.

michael madsen as mccoy.

ashlee simpson as nurse chapel.

1. Doohan was Canadian, so getting a Scot do do Scot isn't fatal.

2. Picard was played by a Brit. In fact, I think none of the people who
played Picard's family were actually French. So much for that theory.

Absolutely, and I have it on good authority that some of the guys who play
the klingons are actually human.
Sorry. I couldn't resist.

I thought he looked older than Shatner on the premiere of "Heroes" the
other night. Sucks they immediately killed him off. I thought he could
have been a good katana welding Obi-Wan like character.

I don't know who that is, but then I can't think of anyone in that film
that reminded me of Chekov.

Love Simon Pegg though. That and "Hot Fuzz" were hilarious.

Shit, he must be well over 50 by now.

George Takei was in Heroes?
I've been following it religiously, but haven't noticed him.
Having said that, here in the UK, we're probably a good few months worth of
episodes behind the US networks, so if you're in America I've probably got
quite a wait until I see the episode you're talking about.
