Best Buy is a chain of computer and electronics stores. They bought
Geek Squad and tried to turn it from a reputable local tech-support
service into a national brand.
In general, those who need someone else to fix their computer will pay
the rates. Those of us who fix our own computers typically cringe at
the explanations of what was done to our acquaintances' computers and
what they paid for little service.
