Plans Go Forward for Trek XII Sequel Movie

Executive producer Roberto Orci admitted, “I can give you a spoiler
about the Studio’s state of mind (not about the movie itself). The
spoiler is that they already want to lock us down to write the sequel.
Take that as you will.”

Orci has since clarified that Paramount wants the entire team back.
Says the article, “This would mean the return of co-writers/exec
producers Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman, producer Damon Lindelof,
executive producer Bryan Burk and director/producer JJ Abrams.”

While Orci goes on to say that this is all just standard studio
operating procedure, it’s just become very likely we will see the second
voyage of the U.S.S. Enterprise in the coming years ahead.

atmosphere. The anti-matter chamber from the engineering section breaks away
and tumbles down to the Earth's surface while the rest of the ship
disintegrates in the atmosphere. Several more life pods eject from the great
ship as it disintegrates into the Earth's atmosphere.

1908
Krasnoyarsk Krai (Tunguska) Russia 7:40 AM. A horrific explosion occurs near
the Podkamennaya River. A glow can be seen for miles turning night into day
in the surrounding cities. In the forest the force of the explosion ripples
through space opening a gap into time itself completely absorbing the matter
that the Enterprise has left behind. Then disappears leaving only flattened
trees as it's only evidence.
