Regardless of any dictates the writers were given after the third season of
"Voyager", there are very few episodes of the series where the
lines/dialogue of "Janeway" could NOT be superimposed with those of "Kirk",
who in the minds of many (mine at the forefront) is THE Captain by which all
others are measured! Janeway was the closest "captain" we've ever had to
Kirk and, for that, I will be eternally grateful for!

"Fantasy Football" is "Dungeons & Dragons" for guys who used to beat-up guys
who played "Dungeons & Dragons"!

Kirk would never say "There's coffee in that nebula!"

Kirk's Enterprise got invaded frequently. Kirk got thrown off his own
ship more than once.
