I still say

2) Shave ALL the men...

TOS was brightly lit, brightly colored, and the women were pretty in
full makeup, the men were shaved, and everybody had great hairstyles.
Everybody spoke clearly, and really had something cool to say. And they
said it with fervor, emoting like crazy! We had action, and laughs, and
adventure, and suspense, and racy escapades. Then they left us all
with something substantive to think about.

That was a great formula. Stick with it.

And if it's not too much trouble, HOW ABOUT A HAPPY ENDING!? You know,
where the good guys win, the bad guys lose, and we are all left with
happy, hopeful, optimistic notions about the future? That kind of happy
ending.
