The Klingon Language Institute's 2008 _qep'a'_ "major meeting" (or
"conference") is scheduled for July 23-27 in Essington, Pennsylvania.
Join us for five days of immersion, inspiration, and instruction in the
Warrior's Tongue! Focus is of course on the Klingon language, but some
attendees take pride in dressing the part as well.

I hope someone picks up this signal. This once proud and active
newsgroup has dwindled away and is as as empty as the void. Even the
spammers have moved on.
There is at least one place where Klingon discussion still exists, free
of spammers and trolls. The Klingon Imperial Forums are a meeting place
for Klinfolk to discuss Klingon customs, language, costuming and crafts,
art, music, food and drink, science, gaming.... If you have a
Klingon-related question that needs answered, or a topic you wish to
explore in greater depth, we will make a place for it and do our best to
provide you with the answers you seek.
