so-called 97%% non-coding sequences in human DNA is no less than genetic
code of extraterrestrial life forms.

This is one of the dumbest theories I've ever heard.
We've never sequences DNA from any extra-terrestrial life. (The only
extra-terrestrial life we've even discovered was some remnants from
bacteria on mars, and even that's in doubt).
There's no way you can identify DNA as being from an alien species
without having alien species to compare it to.
Anybody who believes this crap is an absolute and utter moron. Please
don't post it on football newsgroups.

By your own post you just provided evidence that extraterrestrial life
exists. Fantastic Ron. Bacterial life on Mars is a paradigm shifting
discovery. Dr. Carl Sagan said if you find just one microbe on Mars it
means life around the solar system and the Universe is ubiquitous. It's
everywhere. And that would make the possibility of space aliens
visiting planet earth and interacting with humans (even influencing
evolution) that more likely.
