One of my gifts today was the DVD of the Seahawks Super Bowl season. I
have never gotten it for myself because of the general pain of the
ending, but I had to watch it this afternoon. It was a lot of fun to
see how the season unfolded and to remembers some of those great
plays, although I do somewhat wish it had shown some more of the
frustrations as well, since much of the satisfaction came from knowing
how easily things could have gone the other way.
When it was showing the Super Bowl my wife got so angry at the refs
again that she was yelling at the TV!
The one player that I really think we need a clone of from that team
to the current one is Joe Jurevicius. We really need that big, strong
and aggressive type of wide receiver, even if at the #3 slot.
Despite the ending, it was a great look back at that season and a nice
addition to my collection.
Merry Christmas to all.
