Hawks fans just gotta feel very lucky to come out of this with the W. They
couldn't score in four tries from the 1 yd line. Then the very unlikely muff
of the snap by Romo. Those types of plays make the game seem as though
neither team wanted to win. Or couldn't win. But somebody had to win. Might
as well have been Seattle.

A win's a win John. Consider that we lost Hackett and Jackson to go along
with our totally decimated backfield and still pulled it off because we
never gave up. Gotta give the team some kudo's here!

Once again, you're the best fan ever! ;)
Ok, seriously. Before anyone gets too caught up in "lucky win" mode.
Some things to say about it:
- The refs done good. Instant replay worked perfectly and there were
no overt "bad calls". Clean game - no one on either side can complain
about this.

I agree they earned it. When you have border patrol agents starting for your
team you need to play your ass off. Dallas had no significant injuries
coming in that I am aware of and how many did we have? Too many!

Give it up, Mike. For those so inclinded (like Chico), there
is always the sucky nature of the Cowboys to fall
back on.
"Yeah, well our opponent sucked, so this victory
doesn't mean anything."
The only satisfying them will be a Superbowl victory.
And that would be muted because it was obviously
luck involved along the way. Anything less than
domination, excellence, and perfection means
derision is incoming..
What a wonderful life these guys lead.

I hear ya. I'm not real concerned with Jackson being out, even though
his numbers are contrary to what I seem to take note of. The guy can
play,as per the numbers. It's Hackett I'm concerned about. The guy has
moves and can do things most others can't, except perhaps Stevens
tonight. I want Hackett healthy, I like the dude, a LOT!
I was also impressed with Bobby Engram - he da man!!!!!!! He's almost
always there in a clutch situation.
