Falling behind and storming back for a win, or getting a lead and
letting the other team back into it? Fumble on the kick return
doggone it.

Martyball rears its ugly head again.

Gotta cringe a little when coaches fix things that aren't broken.

I was wrong. I was wrong. I was wrong.

I lost my mind somewhere in the third quarter.

That was an amazing game. I'm not thinking any negative thoughts about it.

Hey, don't sweat it. The Chargers did let the Broncos back in the game
and that is an unintended consequence of Martyball.

But, as stated earlier, it wasn't Martyball. More a matter of mistakes
like Cromartie fumbling and the offense not executing and the defense
easing up a little and Kiel totally blowing it on that TD pass.

The team seems to have the killer instinct though. They put the Broncs
away after that.

Both, as long as they end up in a Victory.

Cromartie really needs to reign things in a bit. On the first return he
had he did pretty well and brought the ball out to nearly the 50 yard
line. But he was flailing all about and could've easily been stripped
of it. Which is exactly what happened the next return.

That kid really needs to learn how to tuck the ball in and run with a
little tighter balance. Oh well, rookie mistakes I guess. I'll sure
feel a lot better when we get Turner back in there returning kickoffs
though.
