I'm assuming that would be a sprain below the talus navicular, or along
the tarsal-metatarsal joints, or between the navicular and cueniforms
bones. My pain was all in the lower tibia and fibula, especially, and
ran up my leg to mid-calf.

From my point of view it's pretty academic which muscles are the ones
that are traumatized, you're a gimp for some period of time, but maybe
it's a big deal to the med types.
