....the Chargers have become a power in the NFL. Know how I know? By
the numbers of trolls and newbies we see here now. I used to visit the
NG's of teams that were succesful and wondered why there was so much
flaming and turmoil. I get it now. Winning creates bitter fans of
other teams and bandwagoneers. Gotta keep that kill file warmed up.

Don't flatter yourselves. The Chargers are good, not great, not immortal,
nothing but a team with 1 good year. Now if you've been playing like this
for 3-4 years, then you may have something. Power in the NFL means nothing
more than you're having a good year, maybe because you got a favorable
schedule, maybe a few players turn hot and play over their expected level
and most importantly, the salary cap has not caught up to you yet.
Don't flatter yourselves, you're a playoff caliber team, that's it.

You can tell just by the sheer volume of traffic that's in this NG now.
Though for your winning statement, I'd say we've got far more of the latter
than of the former.

That's all anyone really is in today's NFL...

We were bad for a long time, so if its ok with you, we are just going to
enjoy a year where we are the best team in the NFL with a very bright
future...
Ok?

As opposed to other professional sports where power means your team is
touched by the hand of God?

Compared to recent history...that's fine. Oh, and we are the strongest
playoff team. Oh, and our top of the line talent is all young.

No need to. Newbies such as yourself are doing a fine job of it.

Maybe the Ravens would go into a funk, but the Chargers have
exceptional depth on their team. Heck, half the team's been injured the
last few weeks and they've still won 7 in a row, so there goes that
theory.

Cause you're a Ravens fan trolling our group masquerading as a Charger
fan and you're a tool.

No, we just believe that we have the best team in the NFL with the best
shot at the Lombardi Trophy. And we're right.
