His nickname from now on should be Tony Combover. After all these years they
are still trying to replace Howard Cosell. Ya know, I hated him back in the
day, but now I kinda miss him. Combover is still better than Dennis Miller.
I know that's not saying much.

What the hell are they doing let that 'do disgrace our plasma screens
on National TV every week?!
The combover represents all the bad qualities of the male ego.
Insecurity, delusion, vanity and such extreme self-centeredness that
one is utterly oblivious to how one's actions can appear to others.
Stop it, ESPN! Stop setting such a bad example to the young men of
America!

We don't get ESPN and as far as Monday Night Football they're all on the
radio so that suits us fine. We do miss the college games though. I
don't really get the idea of having a "funny" guy on a football
telecast. It didn't work with Dennis Miller and it's not working with
this guy either.

As opposed to the pathetic rugs many announcers wear? I agree the
combover needs to disappear, but at least it's his own hair. As for
me, my hair is kind of a Simpsons combination: Homer on top & Otto on
the sides, all flying free in the breeze as nature intended. : )
