Del Rio's going to get a rep for having an itchy trigger finger when it
comes to assistant coaches. I guess the Rodriguez firing was the most
understandable of the bunch, considering that he didn't have the excuse that
the offensive coaches had of not having enough talent to work with. In Del
Rio's defense, he does seem to give his OC & STC a free hand, so the only
thing he can really judge them by is whether they produced results or not.
