Jackson is not a fan favorite in Indy to the point that it was effecting the
fan base. Supposedly the Miller replacement at shooting guard but that never
materialized. His weaknesses are lack of rebounding and any 2 or 3 he
defends that has descent speed can blow around him. Was a major whiner to
the refs, he's never committed a foul and never penetrates without getting
fouled.
Harrington can get his shot whenever he wants, but he never found a rhythm
with O'Neal. Sometimes doesn't show up on defense.
Jack-Cabbage-Patch has gotten better this year, when he would come in the
game last year, might as well throw the ball to a defender because he was
gonna do it anyway. And he seems to have found his shot this year, but he
is a liability on defense.
I don't remember seeing the 4th guy play, maybe someone else knows something
on him.
I can't say if I like the trade yet, Jackson needed to go. I was hoping with
the next 20 games predominantly at home O'Neal and Harrington would click,
so I didn't want to see Al moved. But he Pacers were a 1st round play-off
exit with that lineup so maybe all these guys will be inspired by a change
in scenery...... Good Luck
