There was clearly a disparity in the number of fouls called on the
Pistons versus the number on the Celitcs. However, it only pointed
out much more aggressive on defense the Pistons were. In some cases
too aggressive. They gave too many fouls out on the floor instead of
on a shot or a drive. Still though, it kept the Celtics from getting
into any kind of rhythm and kept their field goal percentage around
33%% while the Pistons were shooting over 50%%. I'll take that every
game.
