As I and most other NBA commentators have said, the key to this game
will be the respective benches. That being said, the match up that is
the most intriguing to me will be Jason Maxiell versus Glen "Big Baby"
Davis. Very similar body types and playing styles. Jason has a
couple of years experience on Glen. Should be fun to watch.

Doc really showed how much better he is with the brilliant move of putting
Tony Allen in after sitting for the rest of the game to guard Billups...

This is a cliche, but in this case I think it's true: this game
really did have a "playoff atmosphere," a "playoff intensity level"
that was fun to see.
So with one thing and another, the Pistons are now tied with the Spurs
for the second best record in the NBA. And in other news, Mourning is
going to be out for several months for Miami. I'm beginning to wonder
if the Heat are going to make the playoffs, even in the East were a
sub.-500 team can still get in.--Joe

Morning is most likely out for the season and maybe for good as this
was going to be his last season anyway. I saw a article on ESPN.COM
that said Chris Webber was trying to make a comeback and wanted to
comeback to the Pistons. Since we are at our 15 man limit, Pistons
would have to cut someone or send them to the NBDL. It would probably
be one of the new guys. Personally, I don't want Webber back. Let
him go to Miami if he wants to make a comeback and let the Pistons
work Primoz Brezec into the rotation as another center.

Pistons escaped Boston with two point win despite having a far more
superior bench.
If Cleveland doesn't hand you your ass again in the playoffs then Boston
simply will.
Detroit hasn't shown up in post season play since the entry of Flip
Saunders.
