I agree entirely with what both Skippy and Steve said. I saw how well
the Suns could play in the recent Suns/Mavs game; plus, Detroit could
have called it a successful road trip even with a loss against the
Suns. So, I had already put this down as a loss, and when Chauncey
went down, I was thinking, "just don't let this be SO embarrasing that
we'll have to endure endless rants about how bad the Eastern
conference is." I mean, not only were they without Mr. Big Shot, they
were without their usual third guard, Lindsey. And although Flip M.
had played competently in subbing for Lindsey in the past few games,
nothing he had done this year prepared me for how big he came up.
