awhile...

It could be, too, that Saunders has been fortified by the steadfast support
of Dumars and owner Bill Davidson.

"We have reiterated this to Flip all summer," Dumars said. "He has our full
support. There is no second-guessing for us about supporting him."

Saunders has also reached out to Rasheed Wallace, who has lost 25 pounds
since last season and has been a daily participant in the Pistons' offseason
workouts. The two are on the same page again.

(Flip) and Dumars have mapped out a plan to hopefully incorporate veteran
sixth man Antonio McDyess into the starting lineup alongside Wallace. The
plan includes increased roles for young players like Jason Maxiell and Amir
Johnson, as well as for rookies Rodney Stuckey and Arron Afflalo.

Charlie Bell would be their best acquisition of the off-season, by far,
and I like the guy but I'm not sure he makes up for the loss of Posey
and Kapono. But they do have a few young guys that should continue to
get better -- Wade, obviously, but Dorrell Wright too, if he gets out of
Riley's doghouse. He had some good games as the starting SF last year.

Haslem also is probably due more touches, but I can't see how he'll get
them with Shaq on the floor.

I just read the news....=)

Last year 'Sheed played 17%% of the pistons minutes at PF, 43%% at Center.

That you can not figure that out because he was not annoucered as the
starting center is the joke.

Like last year.

Dale Davis is not on the team, should be a good trick.
