2 lbs Crow wings (or mini drummers) Winner may use Chicken.
1 cup Soya
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Saki (or cooking sherry)
1 (0r 2) tbs of minced or finely chopped fresh garlic
1 (0r 2) of tbs of fresh grated ginger root
