One contributing factor could be a manager who doesn't know

Granderson CATCHING? Another way not to win ballgames is to
make your best starting pitcher share his start. Gallaraga
and Willis? That should be interesting? Hay Jimmy! You can
do better than that! Lets MIX AND MATCH! Jones/Bondo, Cruceta/
Robertson? Today is "B-TEAM Sunday", so I expect to see at
least half the batting card filled with Toledo's Best......
........also no way to win ballgames.
