i wonder how much growth there really is in china. i bet a large
portion of their measurement, is pure inflation. china is a larger
economic bubble than the current commodities market, and the recent
housing market.

but may be hard to tame
BEIJING (AP) -- China's inflation almost climbed to a 12-year high in
April, swamping official efforts to cool surging living costs that
could provoke unrest ahead of the Beijing Olympics.
The government, which took further steps Monday to tame the inflation,
faces the possibility of more sharp price hikes, some analysts warned.
"Underlying inflationary pressures remain undiminished," Goldman Sachs
economists Yu Song and Hong Liang said in a report.
The government ordered banks to increase their reserves for a fourth
time this...

china operates the way western capitalists want it to. otherwise, why
would they pour in trillions of dollars of investments into
exploitation of chinas labor force and environment for the purpose of
under cutting western labor.
that investment is with open eyes of the chinese governments police
state tactics on their own citizens. what i am really describing is
fascism, coupled with western plutocracy.

Really? What western capitalist has said that they want the China
market closed to goods and services from the west?

I don't know whether you'd take this as a support or a refutation,
but, right now, China is being run to prop up Western capitalists and
capitalism (or at least the sham it's become).
