Report: Sandy Berger Hid Classified Documents

Former national security adviser Sandy Berger removed classified
documents from the National Archives in 2003 and hid them under a
construction trailer, the Archives inspector general reported
Wednesday.

The report was issued more than a year after Berger pleaded guilty and
received a criminal sentence for removal of the documents.

Inspector General Paul Brachfeld reported that when Berger was
confronted by Archives officials about the missing documents, he said
it was possible he threw them in his office trash.

The report said that when Archives employees first suspected that
Berger - who had been President Clinton's national security adviser -
was removing classified documents from the Archives in the fall of
2003, they failed to notify any law enforcement agency.

Berger, who pleaded guilty to unlawfully removing and retaining
classified documents, was fined $50,000, ordered to perform 100 hours
of community service and was barred from access to classified material
for three years.

End of the neo-con dream

The neo-conservative dream faded in 2006.

The ambitions proclaimed when the neo-cons' mission statement "The
Project for the New American Century" was declared in 1997 have turned
into disappointment and recriminations as the crisis in Iraq has
grown.

"The Project for the New American Century" has been reduced to a
voice-mail box and a ghostly website. A single employee has been left
to wrap things up.

The idea of the "Project" was to project American power and influence
around the world.

The 1997 statement (written during the administration of President
Bill Clinton) said:

MEXICANS COMING TO YOUR CITY??? HERE IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN:
Gangs, graffiti everywhere, destroyed public schools, ticky tacky taco

uninsured drivers, trash in the streets, old mattresses/furniture
dumped on sidewalks, public emergency rooms closed due to illegals

If you think the above happens only with the first generation Mexicans,
think again. Just look at East L.A. It has been a Mexican area for
50+ years and it's still a gang infested, 3rd world shithole (or look
at any longtime Mexican area of Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, etc, it
will be the same sorry story). Mexicans are just trashy people. They
are wired for crime/poverty/gang and tribal mentality/etc, just look at
Mexico itself, it has the highest murder rate in the world.
