Yes, unfortunately I do. It's really scary. One company is noted for not
allowing smoking at all, on or off work premises and on or off your own
time, and they reserve the right test you at any time. Their rationale is
that it would save them money on their health insurance payments to the
hmo's. There is no real defense against this inturusion on your personal
rights since most states have "employment at will" law, which lets you or
your employer terminate your employment at any time for any reason.
