Enjoying some Murray's Nightcap (about 3-4 years old as best I can
remember) in a Stanwell Verio billiard. Coffee on the side.
I forgot how good the Murray's version was until I found this tin while
moving some furniture.
What's in your pipe?

I am enjoying a wonderful combo of G.L. Pease Tribute and 3 Nuns, such
a nice mix.

Bill,
I have some Orliks Nightcap for when I go and work in the garage.
Spent about 2 hours cleaning up the junk around the work bench and
reorganizing the work bench itself. It's good to see how much space
there really is when its all nice and clean! Have a great night.

Good evening, Bill and ASP.
Tonight I have an SMS meer loaded up with some new 2015. Iced tea on the
side.
I have been cleaning up the family room today. My wife's brother has a
grandfather clock that was given to my wife when her mother died a couple
of years ago, and since my brother-in-law is going to move at the end of
the month, I had to make room for the clock, so it was a good time for
early spring cleaning. I got the carpet shampooed, got rid of a junky
entertainment center and simplified to a much smaller unit. Now I just
have to get over to pick up the clock.

Got some fine Royal Yacht lit up in an almost 100 year old LHS Stein
full bent pot...found it at Chicago pipe show a couple of years ago, at
end of Sunday about closing time. It was in a box of mixed pipes, being
sold by a little wizened old men who wanted to make a deal at end of
day...no IDEA who and where this FINE old briar has been, who owned it
during WW One, but smoking it now, conjures up a lot of imaginations
about the where, who and what it has seen. One of those find like guys
talk about finding a fine old car in a Wisonsin barn somewhere..and its
a delight. They are out there....I am fortunate, as these briars just
are not around too much.
Best puffing tonight to all....

Wessex Burley Slices in a James Upshall billiard. My daughter's car
was stolen today while she was at work. It only had liability coverage
so it appears to be a complete loss. She's broken hearted as it was
her first car, a little Honda Accord, a '94 IIRC.

Being as it is an old vehicle, it was probably taken for a joy ride
rather than being stolen for it's re-sale value. Perhaps it will turn
up parked on the side of the road somewhere as is often the case.

Good evening Bill, ASP,
I'm about to settle down with a bowl of Murray's Dunhill London Mixture in a
Group 4 Dunhill Chestnut Straight Billiard - well, 1/3 bowl anyway - maybe
twice ... still breaking this pipe in. It already smokes cool and dry.
Many ASPians may not like 'em, but Dunhills rule the roost in my home. They
comprise almost 40%% of my rotation and every one smokes cool and dry - not a
loser among the herd.

Hey there Bill and all.
Questionably evening here, but finishing a DGT'd bowl of Edgeworth RR in the new
Jirsa. OK, I admit it, I really like this tobacco. At least as the first bowl in a
new pipe. We'll see as I get further into the pouch.
Off early again today, this is getting to be a habit! Too many staff and not enough
patients, and me with vacation hours to burn. Nice combo!
Bob
