That's good to know. That means it will probably get here in about eight
hours.
Happy new Year, everyone!

I've lived in both places...just moved to Reno NV from Anaheim (land of
Mickey Mouse)... and I think both places are a tad weird. I must admit
that I never liked Florida much...lived in Jacksonville for a while and
hated it. The humidity almost killed me...the only difference between
noon and midnight was light or dark. But, I must admit that the
alligator stories will win, hands-down, in any weird
contest...specially the naked guy one.

Mavis and I watched a 1 hour programme on ITV last night, a much broader
experience of the man and his qualities, which didn't come over for me
in his in-yer-face style of presentation used in his wild-life shows.
His relationship with his wife and family left me sneakily wiping away
the odd tear and hoping Mave didn't notice......

Weather Bulletin - Denver
Up here, in the "Mile-Hi City", we just recovered from a Historic event
--- may I even say a "Weather Event" of "Biblical Proportions" --- with
a
historic blizzard of up to 44" inches of snow and winds to 90 MPH that
broke trees
in half, knocked down utility poles, stranded hundreds of motorists in
lethal snow banks, closed ALL roads, isolated scores of communities and
cut
power to 10's of thousands.
FYI: George Bush did not come.
FEMA did nothing.
No one howled for the government.
No one blamed the government.
No one even uttered an expletive on TV.
Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton did not visit.
Our Mayor did not blame Bush or anyone else.
Our Governor did not blame Bush or anyone else, either.

I just had the opportunity to look at the photographs, they are
really lovely and the girls are very pretty too.
Happy New Year.
