Would this be a good move or not?

Hey all,

First post so please have some mercy on me. ; ) Situation is this:

I have a friend who I've known for 2 years, an HB 8, who is just a
friend (lets call her linda) - partly because she's 5"10 and i'm 5"5.
She is "sort of" trying to set me up with her younger shorter sister,
also an HB8, who just moved to town. I say sort of, because she
drops hints but doesnt say anything flat out. Now her sister (lets
call her jane) is pretty young, fresh out of college and conservative
and focused on career. Because of all this, Jane has never had a
boyfriend. I've seen Jane and Linda a few times for dinner and have
been playing cool, there are some IOIs - especially when I disagree
with Jane as she tries to change her answer to agree with me. Other
times, I flirt with Jane and she looks like a deer in headlights.
