I am trying to improve my body language, save my knees and avoid
shaking my leg with nervous energy. So i try to sit with both feet on
the floor but its so damn uncomfortable, and i have no idea why.
Any clue how i might fix this "problem," what I can do to get my fee
to stay on the ground? If I had a hypnotist handy i would be all over
him for this.

Sounds like you can't relax, if this is the case, try meditation, worked
wonders for me. I'm not talking about setting cross legged and humming to
yourself..:)

Well... try sitting in a chair high enough that your feet won't touch the
floor. Otherwise, I tend to cross my feet only. I put my left ankle on top
of the right. No fidgeting or anything, for me, this way. But, I
understand. I also can't put my feet flat on the ground. Makes me feel like
I'm almost ready to stand up.

Hey, I heard there's this guy named Ray Gordon who supposedly is an
expert on this subject, maybe he can help you.

Well, I read somewhere that in fact there is NO "perfect position" OR
"perfect chair" because the human body is not designed by evolution to be
sitting around much. Other than sitting cross-legged on the floor like a
chimpanzee, humans aren't designed for sitting.
Sitting with both feet on the floor and upper body upright is an "alpha"
posture, so it's recommended when dealing with peers or "superiors"
(scratch that, replace with "seniors") or, of course, "inferiors".

If I saw a guy with both feet on the ground whilst still sitting down
I'd think he had something wrong with him..:)
For me the sexiest sitting postion is when he has his legs stretched
right out in front of himself...I suppose he's showing off his manhood
or something, but it looks so confident and sexy...

I agree that when my leg is shaking it means i have nervous energy,
but it just simply doesn't feel comfortable even if i am relaxed. To
give you an example, try putting placing your palms on your love
handles and hold it for like 2 minutes its the same feeling, your arms
just don't want to be there.
