Your question is incorrect on it's face. Since nobody has agreed to it, there is no "else" Mr. Super Secretary. The silence is golden, because you have either threatened to sue, or sued everyone in the business. They can't play with you anymore, because smart people don't give mentally ill people further excuses to file meritless lawsuits.
