Gordon's "Where's the Batman" line in a previous case was classic
Gordon entertainment, which we all know the court enjoyed, but this is
pretty good, too, from the Sloan et al. debacle:

"F. RICO Claims Were Properlv Pled.
The RICO enterprise as set forth in the Complaint, in the most
efficient
manner possible (using The Sopranos to show each member's role and
participation in
the enterprise). As averred in the Complaint,state-law crimes
punishable by a year or
more in prison are predicate acts, and the predicate acts averred
directly related to the
operation of the enterprise as Plaintiff was impersonated as part of
the enterprise
mission."

Yes, indeed.
In fact, I would not hesitate to call those 'legal and
logical nuances of law' undreamed of or even unimagined!
