The fact that he generates such back links if only from filing
k00ks00ts is something that a savvy atty could attempt to use against
him in court as the atty tries to show the MOTIVATION for the
filings.

That's the sort of thing that could find the newzloon not only being
hit with pre-filing restrictions, but also make him liable for the
costs to the defendants that have to answer his rambling and sometimes
completely incomprehesible complaints.
