Day 8: Court is now in session.

So far we’ve seen that:
1) Mr. Vizzini’s and UnKaH’s views are indistinguishable from one
another.
2) Mr. Vizzini has a long history of posting to forums from different
accounts.
3) There is evidence that UnKaH is a created persona.
4) UnKaH fits the role of Mr. Hyde.
5) Mr. Vizzini fits the role of Dr. Jekyll.
6) Mr. Vizzini and UnKaH do not interact like two different people.
7) Mr. Vizzini and UnKaH do not post like two different people.

Today: The Origin of the Species

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, today will be the last day that your
kind attention will be needed, so please indulge me as I offer a
personal comment:

I have a sibling who is much more experienced in court-related matters
than I, and she has given me some valuable input. She said proving a
case such as this is much like a prizefight. The Champ gets the
benefit of the doubt. If you want to win, you can’t just fight a good
fight. Tie goes to the Champ. If you want to win you have got to
knock his ass out.

So today we throw the Haymaker. We go for the Win. One way or
another, it all ends today. So buckle up boys and girls, cause the
final round is about to begin. “Let’s Get Ready To Rummmmble…”

A quick recap:

So far it is clear that Mr. Vizzini and UnKah certainly are a solid
match in outlook, knowledge, and attitude. It is certainly not beyond
reason to say that one person could be behind both.

Indeed, over the weekend poster cwa...@hotmail.com made the insightful
observation that when under sufficient pressure Mr. Vizzini “tends to
use exactly the same forms of abuse as Tim, even when posting as
Tom”. Very well said.

We have also seen that Mr. Vizzini is no stranger to using multiple
accounts to post to the Groups. We will return to this point in a
moment.

It is clear to all that UnKaH is a caricature, and that he fits the
Mr. Hyde persona quite well. No one denies that his nature is a
brutal one, UnKaH included.

We have established as well that while Mr. Vizzini is perfectly
willing to get rough in these Groups, UnKaH is willing to go further
than any prudent businessman will allow himself to go.

We have seen that wherever Mr. Vizzini goes UnKah is never far behind,
and that whoever has a problem with Mr. Vizzini eventually must deal
with UnKaH.

Yes, they think alike, they sound alike, and they act alike. They are
frequently found in the same place, except not at the same time.
UnKah is Mr. Vizzini’s protector, cheerleader, and shill, and when all
things are considered it is not unreasonable to conclude that they are
one.

But so far we have only roughed the Champ up a little. He has not
been knocked down. Today we see if he can take a real punch.

Returning to the second point above, we established that Mr. Vizzini
has been known to post from multiple accounts simultaneously.

Those accounts are our focus today. In fact further evidence, albeit
minor, has recently come to light. In addition to the accounts
outlined on Day 2, Mr. Vizzini has also used 2 other accounts to post

Much like before, no attempt is made to hide in these accounts, and
many posts include Mr.Vizzini’s name, by-line, etc. However this
information serves to strengthen the points made on Day 2

What I would like to draw your attention to today is the visual
representation of Mr. Vizzini’s and UnKaH’s posting behaviour. We
will look back at when it all started for UnKAH, back to the year
2002.

Adjust your windows to see up to and including 2002, for it is only
the early years that we will need to take a look at.

Way back in 2000 we find Mr. Vizzini posting from both accounts. By
2001 he has designated the ga.prestige.net account as his main one and
seems to be phasing out the other. In early 2002 he again posts from
both accounts, but he will soon make the switch to only one. This
happens to occur right at the time that UnKaH begins to post.

Surely this is merely a coincidence. We wouldn’t expect to see any
correlation at all. Let us see what we will see…

As you can see, UnKaH starts up in Feb/02 and continues through to Oct/
02, skipping only April. And how does that fit with the account Mr.
Vizzini is phasing out? The one that he STOPS using in Feb/02 and
doesn’t post from again until AFTER Oct/02?

It kinda looks like this: (Zeros added to highlight the effect).

What this clearly illustrates is that posting activity came to a
complete halt in Mr. Vizzini’s essential-skills.com account at exactly
the same time that the posting activity started up in UnKaH’s shiny
new alltel.net account. And this pattern continued for a period of
nine months.

Furthermore, when posting activity began again in Mr. Vizzini’s
essential-skills.com account in Nov. and Dec., UnKaH’s alltel.net
account suddenly went quiet.

This is not a statistical correlation. This is not some coincidence.
This is an absolutely PERFECT FIT. This is the equivalent of a
smoking gun, and should leave no doubt in the jury’s mind regarding
the connection between Mr. Vizzini and UnKaH.

To further fill in the blanks, late that year Mr. Vizzini switches his
main account from ga.prestige.net to the essential-skills.com
account. In Nov/02 we see the final few posts from the
ga.prestige.net account. It goes silent and is presumably closed.

2003 finds Mr. Vizzini officially posting exclusively from the
essential-skills.com account, which he continues to do to this day.
UnKaH’s account is used sporadically in 2003, and begins to pick up
the pace in 2004. UnKaH’s persona follows Mr. Vizzini through the
various account changes outlined on Day 3, and also continues,
presumably forever.

The increased usage from the accounts, and UnKaH’s frequent name and
account changes soon obscure the fact one person is the source of it
all. The main clues are the posting correlations we saw on Day7, as
well as the many characteristic similarities that have been outlined
throughout this trial.

And so, to summarize:

1) Mr. Vizzini’s and UnKaH’s views are indistinguishable from one
