Day 6: Court is now in session.

So far we’ve seen that:
1) Mr. Vizzini’s and UnKaH’s views are indistinguishable from one
another.
2) Mr. Vizzini has a long history of posting to forums from different
accounts.
3) There is evidence that UnKaH is a created persona.
4) UnKaH fits the role of Mr. Hyde.
5) Mr. Vizzini fits the role of Dr. Jekyll.

Today: Do Mr. Vizzini and UnKaH behave like two different people?

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury…

The Court has made it clear that the Prosecution is not sufficiently
proving its case. I will do my best to rectify that this week.

Mr. Vizzini and Mr. Hellbwat have expressed this opinion as well. But
they have not submitted any substantial evidence in their favour, and
choose instead to mock this proceeding with taunts and insults.

So let me begin today to assist them in searching for evidence that
would support their claim. I will begin with something as recent as 2
days ago:

This past Saturday morning Mr. Hellbwat and Mr. Vizzini both showed up
in this Court. They came in less than 30 minutes apart, sporting
different styles, different points of view, and with Mr. Hellbwat
addressing Mr. Vizzini directly. Just the sort of thing you would
expect to see when dealing with two different people.

And how very serendipitous that this should happen at this time, in
this very thread. But surely, this kind of thing must happen all of
the time, wouldn’t you think?

Unfortunately this is exactly the kind of thing that does NOT happen
all of the time. In fact, this kind of occurrence is extremely rare,
despite the many opportunities the thousands of posts make possible.

As you read through the posts of Mr. Vizzini and Mr. Hellbwat several
things become apparent:

a) It is extremely rare for UnKaH to refer to “Tom” in anything other
than the third person.

b) It is extremely rare for Mr. Vizzini to refer to UnKaH at all.

c) It is extremely rare for either of them to communicate with the
other in their posts.

Curious, no? Thousands and thousands of posts. Hundreds of threads.
And these patterns consistently emerge. Over and over and over
again.

Are these the expected interactions between two people who claim to be
close friends, who talk offline to one another, and who spend personal
time together?

Feb/06, Tom: “Unka… lives about an hour away from me and has been to
several of our seminars.”

Let us take a closer look at these patterns:

a) It is extremely rare for UnKaH to refer to “Tom” in anything other
than the third person.

One thing is for sure: UnKaH knows Mr. Vizzini. Click on UnKaH’s
profile and pick out any month in his history. Perform a search on
‘Tom’. In addition to unbridled hostility, what you find is ‘Tom does
this, Tom thinks that, Tom’s proven this, Tom’s not a liar’.

You will find an occasional comment to Tom, such as this one from Aug/
07:
“Sorry Tom, I have to go with Ustahi on this one just because he said
it was so, screw all the brain science and learning, where do I sign
up to be a blind follower?”

Clearly facetious. But here’s an actual insight from UnKaH, also from
Aug/07:

“Here is why Tom does not respond to the... dee dee dee's. Same old
drivel which has been addressed, why rehash old crap?....”

Yes, UnKaH knows ‘Tom’. But how is it that UnKaH is so well-versed in
the subject of ‘Tom’? How does he know Mr. Vizzini’s innermost
thoughts, yet does not actually interact with him through his posts?

UnkaH explains it himself when he tells us that “Tom does not respond
to the... dee dee dee's”. But UnKaH sure does. Mr. Vizzini and UnKaH
are each a face on a two-headed coin. The ‘Heads’ get Mr. Vizzini,
and the ‘Tails’ (the Asses) are dealt with by UnKaH.

b) It is extremely rare for Mr. Vizzini to refer to UnKaH at all.

You don’t have to read too far to see that Mr. Vizzini stays clean by
washing his hands of UnKaH. UnKaH is rarely spoken to, mentioned, or
even acknowledged.

Much like a government dealing with its spies or assassins, Mr.
Vizzini gives UnKaH and his antics a wide berth. And when cornered on
the subject, Mr. Vizzini claims that he doesn’t have control over
anyone other than Mr. Vizzini:

Jan/08 “Let me say this. I don't control Tim.”

Ah, yes. “He’s someone else! I can’t control him! Everything he
does is to my advantage, but that’s got nothing to do with me!”

How very convenient.

c) It is extremely rare for either of them to communicate with the
other in their posts.

So rare in fact, it is hard to find any examples. Why would this be
if they were two different people?

Here’s a rare one from UnKaH, from Ap/03:
(Addressing ‘Hitman’) “Hey ya, ya ol Mobster...How the hell have ya
been, long time no see… Hey Tom this is Vinnie, originally from NY. He
came to the same seminar I first attended.”

and Mr. Vizzini posts: “ - ”
and ‘Hitman’ posts: “ - ”

Seems forced and disingenuous.

Let me address one interesting exception to (b) above, where Mr.
Vizzini does refer to “UnKa”. This is going to highlight an important
piece in this puzzle, namely the existence of Tim S.

I have met both Tim S. and Mr. Vizzini and can personally testify that
they are two different people. My personal testimony is not proof,
but there is no one here disputing this fact in any case.

The point to understand here is that Tim S. is NOT the poster known as
UnKaH. It is Mr. Vizzini, when he cannot contain his bile, who posts
as UnKaH.

Consider the following:

Dateline: Jan/05.
Thread: 33 years of PTSD depression gone in four minutes

Mr. Vizzini posts the following testimonial from Timmy:

“I was at lunch today with Tom and Kim and I was going to ask
them about helping me cure a depression I was in since Viet
Nam.”

“Most of the time it was mild but still enough to stop
me from doing what I really wanted to do. How I finally saw it was
that I recently got into a relationship…”

“It took all of four minutes and 33 years of depression was
gone forever. I've got a really bright future ahead of me,
doing what ever the hell I want to do.”

“My future is all bright, shiny and just plain ass happy,
I feel very different. I feel different about people, where I
live, pretty much everything.”

Well, how very sweet for Timmy. We wish you all the best with your
bright future.

Question: Does Timmy sound in any way, shape, or form like our old
friend UnKaH?

This Timmy is NOT the poster we have come to know as UnKaH.

Let’s look at another post concerning Timmy.

it took me 4 minutes. Not a good thing to see people get blown apart,
epeically when your only 18 years old...“

actually being posted by Timmy, or if Mr.Vizzini is simply relaying
Timmy’s story at this point. In any case, it is not pertinent.>

This prompts Duck to quip:
“You are such a bullshitter, the closest you have been to Vietnam is a
chinese takeaway.”

Let’s just say it goes downhill from there. Back and forth, flame vs.
flame. But an interesting thing happens. Mr. Vizzini, who is
supposed to be in England with more important things to do, is
prompted to come to “Unka’s” defence:

“Listen you gutless cowards. Unka went to war. He watched guys next
to him vaporized by landmines... You are all nothing but pathetic
cowards. You will never measure up to half the man that Unka is…”

Strong words indeed.

But it raises the question, why would Mr. Vizzini come to “Unka’s”
defense here, and never anywhere else? And who exactly is being
defended?

Is it clearly Timmy’s story which is being told by "Unka" that now Mr.
Vizzini steps in to defend.

Whether posted by Unka or UnKaH, do not be confused. Mr. Vizzini only
rises to protect his friend Timmy, and Timmy’s reputation. Flames
against UnKaH go unnoticed and are ignored.

For now, let the record show that:
6) Mr. Vizzini and UnKaH do not interact like two different people.

Tomorrow: Do Mr. Vizzini and UnKaH post like two different people?
