That's well and fine, but a newsgroup hardly qualifies as an entity
that "controls and monopolizes the distribution, advertising and
PRICING" of ANY product or service in ANY field.

Like Miracle Max said in "The Princess Bride:"

"Good luck storming the castle!"

Because it's obvious to anyone with any understanding of suenet and
Google Groups that there is no possible way for anyone, not even
Clarence Darrow, Perry Mason or F. Lee Bailey to prove that it is even
remotely possible.

Especially with there still being brick and mortar retailers and
independent publishers who have the ability and right and can easily
be demonstrated TO set their own prices and to create their own
advertising and to be able to place said advertising anywhere they can
want to.
