Time to file an FTC?Antitrust complaint against internet "community" CARTELS

Author: Ray Gordon, creator of the pivot

This is happening in EVERY area of e-commerce, as various cartels monopolize
distribution and advertising networks. The public winds up with inferior
products, inflated prices, and little real competition. Very un-American
and illegal.

Congressional hearings on this are long overdue. For this and the many
other scams that are currently being run.

And you think you're just the kook to do it, eh fr00t l00p?

You could have the biggest slam dunk case of your life (you don't) and
you STILL would get nowhere.

Not JUST because you're an incompetent failure but YOU yourself have
made it impossible for anyone-- judge, jury, federal agency-- to rule
for you based on your own DISGUSTING behavior.

How do you like them apples, fr00t l00p?

You're actually making it harder for people who have REAL claims to
get them heard by setting all these precedents of kookiness.

Dear FTC,

I have examined the present state of ECommerce, and I have discovered that
in every case there is a cartel that monopolizes all the distribution and
advertising networks. I can't get a word in edgewise, because every time I
go onto a moderated group, they ban me.

That's well and fine, but a newsgroup hardly qualifies as an entity
that "controls and monopolizes the distribution, advertising and
PRICING" of ANY product or service in ANY field.

Like Miracle Max said in "The Princess Bride:"

"Good luck storming the castle!"

(HUGE snippage)

See? I'm wondering if this moron wakes up every morning, stretches,
yawns and thinks to himself, "I haven't had my ass handed to me yet
this morning. Who can I sue?"

I can't wait to hear the judge's ruling on this one.

STILL laughing...

A ruling will only be issued if Ray/Roy gets off his badunkadunk and
FILES and PURSUES this matter. Given his sterling track record
