I'm pretty sure that "Walter" never existed. With his mother gone, he's
moved into a smaller place on the ground floor. The two bedroom units go
for $1600 a month, but you can get a 200 SF mini studio for $550 a month.
About like living in a closet with a bathroom. So with nobody to restrain
him, I'm sure he's quite off the tracks and building momentum. I await the
crash with interest.

Only true cowards try to get back at their enemies by attacking loved one's.
I didn't approve of attacks on his mother, and I certainly don't approve of
him attacking your dad. Tactics like that show weakness, and deserve only
contempt.

I have taken a deeper look at his latest manure pile. He claims 3 Federal
Causes of action. Defeat these, and he's back in State Court with no
personal jurisdiction.
1. Title VI - Nondiscrimination In Federally Assisted Programs. The
question here is does the USCF receive Federal Money? I think not, thus
this contention of Ray's is totally absurd. Even if it does, he has no
legal standing to sue. UPenn did receive Federal Assistance, but the USCF?
Dismissed
2. Lanham Act, also known as the Trademark Act. This is one of Ray's
favorite rants, however it fails here, because Ray does not own a trademark
that is in dispute. His False Dedignation of Origin claim fails because
there are no "goods, services or commercial activites" involved.
http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/15/1125.html He has not properly pled a
case here, just historinics, Dismissed on a 12 (b)(6) easy.
3. Civil RICO, one of Ray's normal rants. Nearly every suit he files has
inclueded Civil RICO. However, like most non professionals, he has little
understanding of the RICO statute, it's application, or even how to properly
plead RICO. This is one of the most complex areas of Federal Law, and no
place for amateurs. I have told him several times where to get a RICO
manual at the Library so he could at least take a decent stab at it. But he
did nothing, and as one Judge reviewed a similar RICO pleading, "Totally
Incomprehensible". Dismissed 12 (b)(6)
That takes care of his "Federal Questions". Most of the Defendants can then
bail out on a lack of jurisdiction claim. This will still leave the USCF,
however I don't think his standing problem can be addressed. He hasn't been
a member for years, and it's really none of his business. I'm certain that
the legal team that will destroy this case is already typing up the motions.
So sit back and watch the flames engulf him.

Is that blog still up? Might make interesting reading...

One would expect that the alcohol and pill abuse that he's mentioned have
taken their toll. You can't abuse your body forever. I think one day he
will just vanish. If he were to Overdose or otherwise kill himself with his
drug abuse, how would we ever know? Since he has so many friends....LOL
