The ones who have made statements about me which I consider either libelous,
harssing, orr attempts to interfere with my life or business that are
actionable.
About 6-10 of names will be sought.
Just like in the autoadmt case, actionable speech is not protected speech
and is not subject to the protections afforded by the First Amendment.
The flamers will make their usual noise (same few names too), but that won't
change a thing. Anyone who wants to use USENET to target an individual
should be prepared to tand bhined what they say and prove it in an open
court.
They're going to get their chance. I'm going to get my chance to see how
much they communicate among themselves, and with which third parties, as
well as who might be paying them.

The only action you'll undertake is another round of masturbation.

You've yet to cite anything said to or about you on usenet that meets any
actionable legal standard.

Gordo, you can't even get that far.... open court is for actual legitimate
cases, not the delusional ramblings of a mental case.

Well, any claim from you that you are currently a capable and effective
executive secretary are shot to hell.
Pisses you off royally that you can't say who I am, doesn't it?
I tell you what ... if you can send me (via that PGP signed email that
I'm still waiting for) direct evidence that I am shilling for someone
... meaning a scanned copy of a cancelled check signed by the guru and
cashed or deposited by me (thus having my signature), then not only will
I flip sides, but I will pay you--in cash--the direct amount of the
cancelled check. You should be able to take care of August's rent with
that.
Hey, Mr. Parker, it's up to you ... I'm giving you EVERY OPPORTUNITY to
out me ... and you seem to refuse. Now I'm offering to PAY YOU to out
me, provided what you've said about me is provable with the direct
evidence you seem to claim. Since you say this case is a "slam dunk"
that must mean you have direct evidence, because no case based on
circumstantial evidence is a slam-dunk.

Still trying to run before you walk, eh, fr00t l00p?
You have to come up with a concise, clear pleading before you get anything
else.
And you've shown a remarkable inability to do that so far.

Still hoping I'm one of them.
C'mon, fr00t l00p, give me standing to shut you down.

You don't get to decide what's actionable.
Get a judge to agree with you and you're good to go.

I love when the newsloon writes about himself in the third
person in his subject lines. Loves to see his name in
headlines, even if it is a psuedonym. That's NPD for you.
