Our fabulous Bush administration, which, naturally, pushes (and pays
for, with YOUR tax dollars), abstinence only programs in the public
schools, spends more money in Texas than in any other state. Now
think hard, little buddies: Which state in this glorious country of
ours has the highest teen pregnancy rate?
