Ray, your new vulnerability.

Assuming that Penny did not die in testate and therefore there is an
estate, that estate takes on all her liabilities. From your postings,
there is the implication that she was receiving some sort of
assistance in housing (or other assistance) otherwise the idea of
contacting various agencies wouldn't have been of any concern to her
and hence to you in a dependent position. If someone should decide to
contact potenitally interested agencies at this time with a view to
having them evaluate the propriety of all their financial dealings
with her, if they exist, including any influence your true situation
may have had previous to her death, your mother's estate will be
liable to pay the agencies any amounts they deem due to them. This
would freeze the estate until all such evaluations are complete...

The idiot who stalks me through this group even after any sane person would
give up is the "vulnerable" one, its noise notwithstanding.

As already proven by the dozens of liars here who didn't even bother to
check their facts, only to find that the entire basis of every flame
directed at me was in fact false, they attempt to act as if they weren't
just refuted and move on to the next flame.

See, since what they were saying turned out not to be true, they're trying
to make it true by harassing and stalking me. One can only imagine what
they would have done had this happened days ago rather than months ago.
Obviously I do just fine on my own and that brings down their entire house
of cards.

Their moves have been well-anticipated and are extremely well-prepared for.
Their attempts to use innocent (or dead) third parties as pawns is going to
bite them in the ass so hard that they'll be lucky to avoid prison.

Don't forget how many idiotic men wound up paying thousands of dollars for
workshops or bootcamps because they were told lies about the guy selling the
same advice for $20.00. Now those guys whine that their methods are known,
yet they were stupid enough to be conned. They deserve everything they get.

This from the liar who thought I didn't have a job and lived off a dead
woman.

The women I talk to wouldn't talk to *any* of the men here for more than a
minute.

Heh . . . they must be real winners.

Have you actually met them in person? I mean, are you sure they're not
guys?

You don't *seem* to be doing "fine" on your own, you *seem* more
nuttier than ever.

You just filed a 50+ page rambling lawsuit referencing the Sopranos in
great detail.

And shouldn't you be doing ANYTHING BUT posting to Usenet at 5:24 am?

I don't think it was said that you don't have a job, but rather that
you were/are unemployed and/or unemployable. There's a difference ya
know.

Now that she's dead, have any assets passed from her to you?

And if you do have a job, why haven't you paid Thom the money that the
court ordered you to pay him?

Fair game, Parker, YOU yourself bring it all HERE . . .

Any chance someone can post the new suit somewhere that the rest of us
can see it? I don't have PACER access but always find its lawsuits
(and the decisions) entertaining reading.
