This relates to the sick threats made against my mother last year, while she
was dying. A threatening letter was mailed to her, and despite my never
having revealed the contents, two individuals from this group were able to
recite them, indicating they were either the sender(s) or working in concert
with them.

Even if the fair housing laws did not apply, tortious-interference would,
and since the letter was sent to my home, I get jurisdiction.

In addition, a number of individuals have threatened me with offline
violence, and they too can be named. Making this much easier was when one
of the group basically ratted out the group and confirmed what certain
members of the group had done and said themselves. In another caser, one of
the group talked to another in the group and the other wound up saying
something they only could have heard from this one individual, thus proving
a link.

The suit will be filed rather shortly. Anyone who thinks there won't be
very extensive discovery into the criminal conduct directed at me is the
delusional one. This group's purpose is not what they have used it for,
even if they act as thought it were.
