Gorgon Boy-Porker should read and heed the SCOTUS ruling out yesterday
that says criminal defendants aren't guaranteed the right to act as
their own attorney, that courts can take into consideration any mental
issues the defendant has.
If that gets translated to the civil court (defintely shows the court
would lean), scenario;
-gorgon files kooksoot
-defendant motions on gorgon's alleged mental instability issues
-judge orders psych eval
-if gorgon refuses, he has to pay for counsel or he can't proceed pro
se
-if gorgon agrees and eval shows massive brain impairment, attorney is
appointed, attorney advises court the case has no merit and would be a
waste of taxpayer money and court's time
-if gorgon refuses eval, pays for own attorney (who advises him his
case is DOA), gorgon loses another one after 2 years of wasted effort
