Since you are in solitary confinement writing your latest tome on seduction
theory and speculation, you may want to know the signs of degenerating
health from neglect and solitude.

A diet of cheap, starchy foods combined with sedentary lifestyle can lead to
diabetes. Do your extremities tingle? Are your feet discolored, skin
cracking, blurred vision, sores not healing?
Better lay off the sugars and carbs, Gordo. Stop drinking 3 liters of cheap,
storebrand cola(yes, they are 59 cents but you should not drink 2 a day).
Lay off on the other starchy foods like chips, ramen noodles etc. Switching
to diet sodas and eating more fruit and vegetables can help counter the
effects of malnutrition and obesity. We don't want to see you in the news
being extracted from your apartment with a forklift or a crane after the
wall is torn out.

Severe cholesterol can be a result of an unhealthy, cheapo diet as well. Do
you have chest pains? Dizziness? Heart palpitation? Rapid pulse? Your
shut-in life may be narrowing your arteries. These are also symptoms of
anxiety as well. Who knows...

I have never stalked you and I have never investigated you ever. All I know
is the stuff that you post here. You dragged your life into a public forum.
You dragged your business onto a public forum. If I post in response, that
is certainly not stalking. In fact, I posted some useful information. We
care about you, "Ray Gordon", watch your health!

you might want to review your record in court before you make veiled
threats of legal action.
Ain't too scary when you do that!

Then again, you are so brave until someone invites you out for coffee.

Does the expression 'running like a sissy girl' ring a bell?

So you now admit that you are aware that the proper proceedure is personal
service and not signature mail. I see, I'm sure that the USCF will be
interested in that.
