If Gordo introduced the tactic of the pivot in 1998....

"49. Prior to Plaintiff's first use in commerce of the term, the word pivot
had not been used in any seduction context, by any seduction guru, in this
context. The tactic and the term which describes it were developed and
debuted solely by Plaintiff."

Oh really, then why is this post in ASF describing the tactic from another
book in 1996?

share some valuable information on attracting women:

Women are attracted to a man that other women find attractive. To
understand this trait, one has only to look at what it says about a
man when he is with a woman.

1. He must have things going for him or she wouldn't be with him.
2. He must know how to treat a woman.
3. He is going to be hard to get - a catch. After all, there is more

The random use of the word in one posting on a completely unrelated topic
won't carry any weight, previous poster's wishful thinking notwithstanding.

As for the previous poster's criminal harassment of my mother (he read the
contents of a letter harassing her despite my having never revealed them),
that might be a slightly greater oncern.

All you need is a judge to agree with your assessment and you're good to go.

How's that working for you so far, fr00t l00p?

Think real hard, fr00t l00p, maybe you'll figure out a way he could have
read it without writing or sending it.

Apparently gordo didn't; read the post.... or is incapable of comprehending
the tactic he claims he introduced was being described and written about in
detail in ASF years before gordo's earliest copyright date.

Your mere application of a term, which you state is somewhat
descriptive, for an existent aspect of normal psychology won't carry
much weight, your wishful thinking notwithstanding. You should have
trademarked it.

Now that is one of the more pathetic attempts I have seen from you, gordy
roy.
"The random use of the word in one posting on a completely unrelated
topic"? How lame!

I'll bring the popcorn if you bring the beer.

Is Lori bringing cheese?

There are a few flaws in your argument about that letter gordon

1 The letter was addressed to your mother, and she never saw it because you intercepted it.
2 You suffered no harm from the letter
3 Even though you falsely claimed that it was a threat, the letter turned out to be nothing more than a truthful restatement of the facts
4 By placing this at issue, you have put the entire contents, including your mental health, at controversy. Enjoy the mental exam.
