I have been away from my family for two years due to work. Being an
adult child of an alcoholic, peace has often eluded me. In my
solitude I have come to realize ways of the Lord that I would not have
slowed down enough to see otherwise. I was blind, but now (through
solitude and meditation) I see!

Alcoholism has caused many of life's realities to hit us square in the
