The thing I just noticed, was, how did they get the word "Corp." in an
LLC charter, or allowed them to put LLC on a corporation's charter.
Most places won't let you incorporate if "Limited Liability Company"
or LLC is in the corporation's name, and won't let you charter an LLC
if "Corporation" "Incorporated" or the abbreviations used. I can
understand the point, if an organization has the names LLC and Corp,
which is it? There are certain technical differences between an LLC
and a corporation. Being both the only member of a member-managed LLC
and being the only director of the board of directors of three
corporations, I do know something about it.
