So far, Parker has lost every lawsuit he has ever filed. He still
lacks the experience or knowledge necessary to know when he has a
valid claim. He's what they sometimes refer to as a "professional
plaintiff" except that implies he's won at least one case. Parker
always loses his cases because he doesn't know what he's doing:
"Plaintiff is... completely incomprehensible..." {Gordon Roy Parker v.
Google, Inc.} 422 F. Supp 2d 492 (2006, E.D. PA)

That is incorrect by a lot.
Further, when people begin targeting someone because they lost activist
lawsuits that were attempts to resolve new law, it's not the same thing.
I also had a USCF insider literally drop the evidence for this one into my
lap.
The previous poster is not an attorney, and likely doesn't expect anyone to
take what he says as meaningful in the legal sense.
Yahoo and Microsoft were quite confident they'd prevail against me prior to
oral arguments on their motions to dismiss as well, but a few minutes into
the hearing, they realzied that wasn't going to be the case.
What will be interesting is when those who think they are above the law
actually get checked by the system. Odds are they'll rant even louder, as
they seem to have no contingency plans for what happens when they are the
ones who lose.

I think it's hilarious that fr00t l00p complains about the length of other
people's motions.

So you say, but you have no credibility.

Activist lawsuits? Bullshit.
Have you read your own pleadings?

Then prove that you have WON any lawsuit you have ever filed.
Oh, that's right - you can't because you haven't.

The only difference between the above statement and what you do is that
you demand that everyone take what you say as meaningful, even when it is
obvious you have absolutely no knowledge of the law.
See, gordy roy, you are NOT a lawyer and you HAVE been told by more than
one judge that you don't know shit about the law... mind you, they said
it nicer but that was the meaning of what they said.
gordy roy parker is NOT a lawyer and he does NOT know shit about the law!

What does this have to do with you, Ray? You are a bitter egoist, not an
activist.
By the way, could you explain how you arrive at the figures you sue for
in your suits, ranging from mere millions to billions of dollars? Do you
throw dice for that or do you consult a tide table? Certainly looks like
that.
