Bullshit. Quote where the court states your deficiencies ARE curable,
Parker. Every court that has thrown your frivolous SLAPP serial
litigation attempts on the garbage pile where they belong has given
you the chance to correct the deficiencies IF YOU CAN/COULD, which you
are never able to do.
Your garbage is not meant to survive any jurisdictional MTD or summary
judgment. You know that, the courts recognize that and the defendants
recognize that. That is why your complaints are based not on facts,
even the minimal amount of facts to warrant getting past an initial
jurisdictional MTD or MSJ, but are instead based on lies, innuendo,
assumptions, unfounded assertions, libelous falsehoods that are
obvious and blatant, yet which your whole entire argument can't
survive without, not to mention your initial and any follow-up
complaints. Built-in fatal obsolescence, a predetermined mortality,
i.e., you harass through the filing (and any point beyond that is
extra). Your complaints are never meant to get past the clerk's office
at all.
All in all, your own failures are your own fault, Gordon Roy Parker,
yet they are not failures if they have forced someone to respond to
your litigious crap. You showed, years ago, the mere fact that
somebody had to waste a moment of their lifetime responding to your
bullshit claims and kooksuits is the low bar for you, that it meant
they had to read and respond to your rants, or pay an attorney to do
it for them. One way or the other, it (evidently) meant you
accomplished something.
In my case, our litigious dealings are far from over, as you will
eventually see. You have repeatedly lied, under penalty of perjury, in
every complaint where you have mentioned my name, lies so obvious and
blatant, there was no possible way for the complaints to survive a MSJ
if you had been able to prove jurisdiction existed, which you know you
could never do (not for me, but your only "win" on jurisdiction was
when you filed against a local defendant in PA) and was not your real
purpose, which as I said, you established long ago- which is to force
people to respond to your initial lies and accusations. Everything
after that is a bonus for you.
Since at least 1996, you have hidden behind an assumed shelter of
living with your mother, having no assets to lose, being (as you
claimed several times) "judgment proof". Now, if what you have claimed
in recent district court filings is true (which, given your propensity
for lying under penalty of perjury to federal courts, is highly
questionable) and your mother is now deceased, you have no such
protections any longer. You can no longer hide your true financial
status behind that of your mother, so you're on your own as far as
dealing with your civil court filing claims of pauper status and IFP
approvals. Now you have something to lose, Parker. How does it feel?
