Those who have been in a.s.f. very long have seen an almost unending
stream of claims of Lanham Act violations posted by a.s.f.'s newzloon,
gordy roy parker of the fairfax dump parkers.
Those who are interested in seeing the law that gordy roy has claimed
they have violated, go here:
http://www.bitlaw.com/source/15usc/
Check it out and then have a real big laff at the legal buffoon!
Tell me, gordy roy parker, what part of the Lanham Act to you fail to
understand? I mean, other than all of it?

Didn't you LOSE?
Didn't the Third Circuit Court also order you to pay Thom Geiger some
money?

Did the Yahoo/Microsoft case judge say you WON? Aren't you WINLESS?
Yeah, yeah, you think your record is 5-9 in Rayworld, where even Ray is
a loser
-- you're a loser even in your own head, Gordon Roy -- but don't
court records show 0-21? Zero wins, 21 defeats?
Are there Elo ratings for amateur lawyers? What's yours, Gordon Roy?

To UPenn.
Penn isn't named this time around, are they?
Ask Microsoft and Yahoo if they think I'm easy to defeat. I have 750+ pages
in "supplemental arguments" on the motion to dismiss that we had 80 minutes
of oral arguments on that says they no longer think it's such a slam dunk.

Was that before or after they threw out your shitty appeal of your
last LTSC kooksoot, Gordon Roy Parker, the one where they ordered you
to pay the defendants and you never have?

Looks like a lifetime of weakness has caused the previous poster to start
mouthing off on the net in a way it never could in person.
The EEOC is getting all of its posts, due to its connection to chess,
pursuant to my complaint there.
It is also engaging in harassment based on perceived-disabiliy, a hate crime
in my state. No differnet than repeatedly yelling the N-word at a black.
Like others, it won't weigh the legal consequences of its actions until it
is too late.

Quite possibly but gordy roy parker did not address any part of the post
he is replying to... so why did he even bother to reply? Why, to spam his
sig bullshit, of course. Nice that Xnews by default removes all sigs from
the quoted message so I do not need to bother.

Draw a Venn diagram, Gordon Roy. Draw one circle for "chess geeks",
another for "seducers", and another for "people who think Gordon Roy
Parker is a laughable kook".
Where "chess geeks" and "seducers" overlap, I don't try to go there,
because then I would be a target of ridicule.
But I share the "think you're a kook" part of the diagram with many.
Draw another circle in the Venn diagram for "ordered by the Third
Circuit Court to pay Thom Geiger". Who's in that circle, Gordon Roy? Is
it YOU?
